Miranda's Crispy Crown Casserole

My Version of the Duggar's Tater Tot Casserole - One of Jeremi's Favorites!

You will need;


1 tbs olive oil (any oil will due)
1 lb of extra lean hamburger (you can use 80/20 or 80/15 but will need to drain fat after browning)
1 small white or yellow onion
1 can of Cream of Chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of 2% evaporated milk
1 bag of frozen Tater Tots or Crispy Crown Potatoes


Directions;
Preheat oven 350 degrees.  Add oil to skillet over medium heat, add diced onion and hamburger and salt and pepper to taste, cook until onions are translucent.

Spread beef and onion saute to cover bottom of a nonstick 9x13 pan (a greased glass pan will work too)
Layer the tater tots or crispy crowns next
In a separate bowl mix soups and evaporated milk until smooth, pour to cover most of the potatoes

Place casserole in the oven for approximately 1 hour.

Serve hot and ENJOY!
